The bug report that gets fixed fast
Paste the CSS that broke and say what came back. A minifier bug is a correctness bug, so the useful detail is the exact construct involved: a data-URI, a @media query, a custom-property fallback with commas inside var(), a conic-gradient with from and at — all four have historically been places where naive whitespace removal changes what the rule means.
If the input is a whole stylesheet, cut it down: nine times out of ten the failure is one rule, and a five-line repro gets a same-day answer where a 4,000-line paste waits a week. If you can, paste the output too, or just tell me which bytes disappeared.
Formatting requests and option ideas are welcome — tell me what you're pasting into (a build step, a CMS field, a CodePen) and what looks wrong afterwards, since "make it prettier" and "make it diffable" are different jobs.
Response time
Replies inside two business days. Anything where the minifier altered a rule's behaviour — not just its appearance — gets fixed the same week, because that class of bug means the tool is unsafe to use and I'd rather hear about it from you than find out later.
